Programs
The program above is an introduction to Kundalini yoga to help tap into your true spiritual self. Your body is a spaceship time machine that needs a tune-up to activate it. The "buttons" for your spaceship are your chakras, which are the endocrine system that needs to be cleaned out in order to make meditation easier for you to connect to your divinity. Stress and overthinking become tension in the body/conduit; the tension then blocks circulation. Circulation is your vibration, your energy. The more tensed you are with more beliefs than truth, the less likely you are to discipline yourself to awaken to your true purpose in life, which is to know the true, pure soul that is operating the false ego body at this very moment.
I begin with a nice, simple warm-up and gradually make it more challenging, because there isn't much changing in your life without a challenge. Awakening the Kundalini can cause more harm than good if the body and mind is not prepared for this new level of feeling and awareness. Yoga is the answer you don't realize because many still see it as exercise, when it's truly an exorcism for your lost, confused, negative self.
